RELEASE OF CARGO WITHOUT A BILL OF LADING – LEGAL ANALYSIS IN THE LIGHT OF COMMON LAW, THE HAGUE-VISBIJSK RULES AND THE HAMBURG RULES
The topic addressed in the article is the first comparative study in Polish legal literature. The author excludes from the review and legal analysis the Rotterdam Rules and the institution of release of cargo without a bill of lading in the light of Polish law – which deserves a separate study.
