Attorney at law
Michał Pilecki graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, at the University of Szczecin, Poland. In 2014, under the direction of Szczecin University prof. Władysław Rozwadowski he defended his master’s thesis on the Utility servitude in the Polish civil law. As from his third year of studies, he passed internships at Szczecin-based law firms and offices. In the years 2014-2018 he has been a legal trainee at the Regional Chamber of the Attorneys at Law, Szczecin, Poland, by which he currently performs a profession of attorney at law.
Associated with MCLO since 2014, where he deals mainly with providing legal assistance to Polish and foreign entrepreneurs by participating in negotiating and concluding contracts, representing the interests of the MCLO’ clients at all stages of pursuing their claims, including at pre-litigation and mediation proceedings. His special interests include all issues related to international road transport.
